Demeter Reports Ltd. ("we", "our" or "us") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Why do we collect your Personal Data?

We collect information to better manage your account:

  • To deliver the most relevant LRI Services and Products to you.
  • To develop new and improve the existing LRI Products and Services.
  • To manage our services and efficiently run and grow our business.

We also collect information so that we can inform you about the LRI Products and Services, or other companies’ products of services, or to allow selected partners to directly inform you about their products and services themselves. We primarily use your data to manage your account and ensure that you remain connected to the LRI Services. The LRI uses selected third parties to help deliver services to our customers and to support our business. Additionally, sometimes we are legally required to give information to certain authorised agencies. However, we will not share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes, unless you’ve told us it’s ok to do so.

The LRI is part of an International Price Reporting Agency, so we may occasionally use third parties in other countries to support our business. That means sometimes your data may be sent or used outside the UK. However, we will always make sure your data is managed responsibly.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties: - In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets provided that we inform the buyer it must use your personal information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy. - If Demeter Reports Ltd. or substantially all its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its registered users will be one of the transferred assets. - If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Demeter Reports Ltd, our customers, or others. There is no charge for an individual to access or update their Personal Information.
